Friday 26th May 2017, Come and enjoy a Paw-some Afternoon Tea to help local cats!


Cats Protection’s Worcester & District Branch will be hosting a Paw-some Afternoon Tea party for locals to enjoy a spread of tasty treats while helping cats in need.

The branch will be holding the event at The Guildhall, Worcester from 14.00 until 17.00 on 26th May 2017.

As well as a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and tempting cakes, there will be a tombola for you to try your luck at!

All proceeds from the event will go to help Cats Protection’s Worcester and District care for unwanted and abandoned cats in the area.

Rosie Hale, Fundraising Officer said: “Our Paw-some Afternoon Tea is all about doing what cats do best – taking the time to enjoy the fun things in life! We’ll be serving tea, coffee and all sorts of sweet treats, leaving our visitors free to enjoy a natter or simply unwind.

“Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you’re a cat lover or a just fancy an excuse for a good cuppa and a slice of cake in a fun atmosphere.”
